Claudia Bollig is an expert in communication and conflict management. She provides advice and support at management level to executive managers and teams in change processes.
Her in-depth experience and insight into a wide variety of organisations and their cultures as well as her many professional qualifications make her a valuable partner. The key focus of her activity is to foster interpersonal relationships in the context of the relevant circumstances and objectives.

Before founding bjcc. Claudia Bollig was the team leader responsible for integrated marketing communication within a medium-sized industrial enterprise and project manager for its international trade fair presence.
